The TrainingW orkshopw ill be held over a periodo f ten days. It deals
with the organiaztion, administrationa nd trainingo f patent agents and a
number of sessionsa re devoted to the drafting of patent applications,
particularlyi n the fields of mechanicale ngineeringo,p tics,e lectronics,
computinga nd artificial intelligencTeh.e TrainingW orkshop will also
examinet he role of the patenta genti n the prosecutioonf patenta pplications
and associatepda tentl itigationa,s well as the role of a patenta genta s a
promotera nd advisero n marketinga nd innovativea ctivities.F inally,t he
TrainingW orkshopd ealsw ith the role of the patenta genti n licensinga nd the
associatedi nternational dimensiono f patents and the industrialp roperty
system.
