PREFACE
Ruth Austin
The seventeenth edition of The Grants Register provides a detailed, accurate and comprehensive survey of awards
intended for students at or above the postgraduate level, or those who require further professional or advanced
vocational training.
Student numbers around the world continue to grow rapidly, and overseas study is now the first choice for many of
these students. The Grants Register provides comprehensive, up-to-date information about the availability of, and
eligibility for, non-refundable postgraduate and professional awards worldwide.
We remain grateful to the institutions which have supplied information for inclusion in this edition, and would also
like to thank the International Association of Universities for continued permission to use their subject index within
our Subject and Eligibility Guide to Awards.
The Grants Register database is updated continually in order to ensure that the information provided is the most
current available. Therefore, if your details have changed or you would like to be included for the fust time, please
contact the Editor.
