I have spent my professional medical career showing patients how to man¬
age their health problems within an entirely new frame of reference. My
goal is to help people understand and address the causes of illness, rather
than just treating the symptoms.
To change medicine and fix a broken healthcare system, we must first
feel empowered. Return to Beautiful Skin empowers readers by showing them

According to the coalition of nonprofit organizations known as the
Environmental Working Group, every day one in five adults are exposed to
cancer-causing ingredients in personal care products. On average, adults
