SALUTO DEL PRESIDENTE ENCI / WELCOME FROM THE ENCI PRESIDENT
Carissimi,
il mio più sentito benvenuto alla prima edizione dell’ENCI WINNER, la grande Esposizione organizzata direttamente da ENCI che, dopo alcuni
decenni di assenza, il Consiglio Direttivo ha orgogliosamente voluto reintrodurre, con una denominazione nuova e con l’obiettivo di diventare il
principale punto di riferimento del mondo espositivo italiano.
Per offrire tre giorni di cinofilia di altissimo livello, l’edizione 2017 di ENCI WINNER si affianca al prestigioso Mediterranean Winner Show,
fortemente voluto dalla FCI, e al tradizionale appuntamento con l’Esposizione Internazionale di Milano giunta alla 51a edizione.
L’elevato livello tecnico con il quale, grazie all’impegno di tutti, si è inteso caratterizzare la manifestazione, offre la garanzia di uno spettacolo
straordinario, di piena gratificazione per gli allevatori, per i proprietari dei cani iscritti e per il pubblico partecipante.

I tre giorni espositivi concludono la Settimana Cinofila Milanese che ha lo scopo di diffondere la cultura del cane nel contesto metropolitano e
che ha avuto, anche per questo motivo, il patrocinio del Comune di Milano e della Regione Lombardia.
ENCI WINNER, verifica zootecnica per eccellenza, ha avuto l’onore di essere patrocinato, unica esposizione in Italia, direttamente dal Ministero
delle Politiche Agricole Alimentari e Forestali, a sottolineare l’importanza della manifestazione ai fini della selezione del cane di razza.

Un onore per l’ENCI, dunque, poter contare sulla partecipazione di ciascuno di voi. Vi ringrazio di aver scelto di essere protagonisti, assieme a
tutti noi, di questo momento speciale.

Dears,
My warmest welcome to the first edition of ENCI WINNER, the great exhibition organized directly by ENCI which, after a few decades of
absence, the Board of Directors proudly wanted to reintroduce, with a new name and with the aim of becoming the main landmark of the Italian
exhibition world.
In order to offer three high-quality cynophilist days, the 2017 edition of ENCI WINNER combines with the prestigious Mediterranean Winner
Show, strongly wanted by FCI, and with the traditional appointment of Milano International Dog Show reaching this year the 51st edition.
The high technical level with which it was intended to characterize the event, thanks to everyone's commitment, offers the guarantee of an
extraordinary performance, full of gratification for breeders, owners of the participating dogs and the audience.

The three exhibition days conclude the Milanese Cynophilist Week, which aims to spread the dog's culture in the metropolitan context and which
has had, also for this reason, the patronage of the Milano City Council and the Lombardia Region.
ENCI WINNER, the zootechnical inspection par excellence, has the honor of having had the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture and
Forestry, the only Italian dog fanciers show, to emphasize the importance of the event for the selection of the pure breed dog.

Therefore, an honor for the ENCI to be able to count on the participation of each of you. I thank you for having accepted to be part of the jury
and to have chosen to be protagonists, together with us all, for this special moment.

Per motivi di ordine sanitario possono entrare nel quartiere fieristico soltanto i cani iscritti alla manifestazione.
For health reasons, only the dogs registered at the event can enter the exhibition center.

BENESSERE E SALUTE DEI CANI IN ESPOSIZIONE
HEALTH AND WELFARE OF DOGS IN EXHIBITION
Il benessere e la salute dei cani è una priorità in tutte le nostre esposizioni.
Gli espositori sono responsabili del benessere del proprio cane.
È proibito mettere un cane in condizioni che possano rappresentare un danno per la sua salute e il suo benessere.
In particolare, si raccomanda di non lasciarli mai chiusi in automobile in condizioni di temperatura incompatibile, di non lasciarli stazionare a
lungo costretti sui tavoli da toelettatura, di consentire frequentemente l’accesso alle aree predisposte per i loro bisogni fisiologici e di non far mai
mancare la disponibilità di acqua fresca e pulita.
Ogni trattamento crudele verrà prontamente segnalato e comporterà l’esclusione del cane dal concorso.
Si raccomanda di non lasciare mai i cani senza la dovuta supervisione.
The welfare and health of the dogs is a priority in all our exhibitions.
Exhibitors are responsible for the welfare of their own dogs.
It is forbidden to put a dog in conditions that can damage their health and well-being.
In particular, it is recommended never to leave them locked in the car when the temperature is high, nor to let them forced in station on
grooming tables. Allow frequent access to the areas prepared for their physiological needs and never miss the availability of fresh and clean
water.
All forms of cruelty will be promptly reported and result in exclusion of the dog from competition.
It is recommended to never let the dogs without proper supervision.

Regolamento ENCI.
I cani appartenenti alle razze per le quali sono previsti specifici requisiti sanitari ai fini della proclamazione a Campione Italiano dovranno essere
in possesso delle relative certificazioni ufficiali riconosciute dall’ENCI.
Per l’omologazione del titolo di Campione Italiano, secondo quanto previsto dalle Norme Tecniche del Libro genealogico del cane di razza
(art.8), si ricorda ai proprietari dei cani che per l’omologazione di tale titolo, si rende necessario, se non già effettuato, il deposito del campione
biologico presso uno dei Laboratori accreditati dall’ENCI.

“ITALIAN CHAMPION”
For Male and Female with CAC certificate in all three show.
The dogs of the breeds subject to a working trial for the Italian beauty championship, will have to have passed the test provided by the ENCI
Regulations.
We would like to remind the owners of those breeds for which specific health requirements are compulsory for the homologation of the Italian
Champion title that they must be in possess of the relevant official certifications recognized by ENCI.
We would like to remind the owners of those dogs which have been awarded today the Italian Champion title that, according to the Technical
Regulations of the Stud Book of the pure breed dog (Article 8), the homologation of such title implies the deposit of the biological sample in one
of the laboratories recognized by the ENCI, if not already made.

NORME GENERALI / GENERAL RULES
Le Esposizioni hanno luogo nei padiglioni della Fiera di Rho-Milano nei giorni 16/17/18 giugno 2017.
I cani potranno accedere dalle ore 6,30 di ogni giorno con inizio dei giudizi alle ore 9,30.

Saranno disputate le seguenti classi:
a) Campioni: richiesti i 15 mesi di età. L’iscrizione in questa classe è obbligatoria per i Campioni Italiani di Bellezza, mentre è facoltativa per
quelli Internazionali e Stranieri.
b) Libera: richiesti i 15 mesi di età. Non possono esservi iscritti Campioni Italiani di Bellezza. E’ in palio il CAC (razze non sottoposte a prove
di lavoro) e potrà essere assegnato mettendo a confronto la classe libera e la classe intermedia.
c) Lavoro: per i cani di almeno 15 mesi di età che siano in possesso dei titoli richiesti dal Regolamento. In questa classe è in palio il CAC.
d) Intermedia: per i cani di età non inferiore a 15 mesi e non superiore ai 24 mesi. E’ in palio il CAC (razze non sottoposte a prove di lavoro)
e potrà essere assegnato mettendo a confronto la classe libera e la classe intermedia.
e) Giovani: per i cani di età non inferiore a 9 mesi e non superiore ai 18 mesi. In questa classe non può essere assegnato il CAC.
f) Puppy: per cani di età non inferiore a 6 mesi e non superiore a 9 mesi. In questa classe non può essere assegnato il CAC.
g) Minor Puppy: per cani di età non inferiore a 3 mesi e non superiore a 6 mesi. In questa classe non può essere assegnato il CAC.
h) Veterani: per cani di età superiore ai 8 anni. In questa classe non può essere assegnato il CAC.
i) Coppia: un maschio ed una femmina della medesima razza e varietà ed appartenenti allo stesso proprietario.
l) Gruppo di Allevamento: classe composta da un minimo di tre ad un massimo di cinque cani della stessa razza e varietà, senza
distinzione di sesso, allevati dallo stesso allevatore anche se non più di sua proprietà.
Limitazioni: sono ammessi soltanto i cani iscritti nei Libri genealogici dei Paesi associati alla FCI o di un Paese non affiliato ma il cui Libro sia
riconosciuto dalla FCI.
È proibita l’iscrizione contemporanea di un cane in più classi. Coppia e Gruppo di allevamento non sono da considerarsi “classi”.
I Campioni Internazionali o stranieri per concorrere al CAC dovranno essere iscritti in classe Libera o in classe Intermedia o in classe Lavoro se
appartengono a razze soggette a prova di lavoro.

Le femmine in calore (estro) possono accedere alla manifestazione purché condotte pulite e senza evidenti perdite ematiche.

I cani allevati in Italia nati dopo il 4.12.2010 con amputazione delle orecchie (conchectomia), solo ove eventualmente previsto dallo Standard,
per l’ingresso in esposizione devono presentare il certificato medico veterinario ORIGINALE che riporta le motivazioni di natura medica che
hanno consentito l’amputazione. Il proprietario dovrà contestualmente consegnare copia fotostatica del suddetto certificato. La documentazione
veterinaria verrà trasmessa alla FNOVI per i conseguenti accertamenti.

La manifestazione potrà esser soggetta a controlli antidoping in base al “Regolamento per il controllo del doping nei cani iscritti al Libro
genealogico che partecipano alle manifestazioni cinotecniche riconosciute dall’ENCI” e l’organizzazione potrà effettuare verifiche secondo le
modalità indicate dal disciplinare ministeriale di riferimento.

Reclami: ogni reclamo dovrà essere formulato per iscritto e rimesso a un Delegato ENCI o inviato alla Sede ENCI, Viale Corsica 20 - 20137
Milano, per lettera raccomandata entro sette giorni dalla chiusura dell’esposizione, accompagnato dalla tassa di reclamo di Euro 51,65 che
verrà acquisita qualora lo stesso venisse riconosciuto infondato.
Responsabilità: l’ENCI declina ogni respon­sabilità per fatti di furto, fuga, malattia, morte di cani esposti, morsi da essi inflitti, ecc., e ciò per
qualsiasi caso e causa. I cani pericolosi non sono ammessi. Gli espositori sono i soli responsabili e l’iscrizione comporta l’accettazione di quanto
sopra.

Il Comitato Organizzatore si riserva il diritto di apportare le modifiche alla giuria che si rendessero necessarie per la
buona riuscita dell’Esposizione.

Per quanto non previsto si fa riferimento al regolamento Speciale delle Esposizioni canine dell’ENCI e della FCI.
QUALIFICHE E CLASSIFICHE
I giudizi dati dai giudici devono rispondere alle seguenti definizioni:

ECCELLENTE - da attribuire unicamente ad un cane che si avvicina molto allo standard ideale della razza, presentato in perfette condizioni,
che da’ un’impressione globale armoniosa, con temperamento equilibrato, con “classe” e portamento brillante. La superiorità delle sue qualità di
razza consentirà di ignorare alcune piccole imperfezioni; deve comunque avere le caratteristiche tipiche del suo sesso.

MOLTO BUONO - da attribuire unicamente ad un cane perfettamente appartenente alla razza, di proporzioni equilibrate ed in perfette
condizioni. Saranno tollerati piccoli difetti ma non quelli morfologici. Questo giudizio può essere dato solo ad un cane di qualità.

BUONO - da attribuire ad un cane che possiede le caratteristiche principale della razza. Gli aspetti positivi devono prevalere rispetto
a quelli negativi in modo tale che il soggetto sia considerato un buon rappresentante della razza.

SUFFICIENTE - da attribuire ad un cane che appartiene alla razza in modo sufficiente, senza qualità particolari o non in condizioni ottimali.

SQUALIFICATO - da attribuire ad un cane che non corrisponde al tipo richiesto dallo standard della razza, con un comportamento
chiaramente contrario allo standard o aggressivo, con anomalia testicolare, imperfezioni dentali o a livello della mascella; che mostra un
colore del mantello o una struttura non in accordo con lo standard di razza o mostra chiaramente segni di albinismo. Questo
giudizio viene attribuito anche ad un cane poco appartenente alla razza per cui la sua salute potrebbe risultare minacciata. Può anche essere
attribuito ad un cane che presenta difetti da squalifica rispetto allo standard della razza. Il motivo per cui un soggetto viene
SQUALIFICATO deve essere specificato nella relazione del giudice.
I cani ai quali non viene dato uno di questi giudizi non potranno restare nel ring e sarà loro attribuito il seguente giudizio:

NON GIUDICABILE: questo giudizio viene attribuito ad un cane che non si muove, che è zoppo, che salta in continuazione o cerca di
lasciare il ring rendendo impossibile giudicare il suo movimento e portamento. Viene attribuito anche ad un cane che rifiuta di lasciarsi
esaminare dal giudice, rendendo impossibile la valutazione della dentizione, dell’anatomia e della struttura, della coda o dei testicoli. Sono
interessati anche i cani nei quali il giudice individua tracce di operazioni o di interventi. Questo giudizio è valido anche quando il giudice ha
ragione di pensare che le operazioni siano state fatte per correggere la condizione originale del cane o le sue caratteristiche (palpebra,
orecchio, coda). Il motivo per cui viene attribuito questo giudizio dovrà essere riportato nella relativa scheda.
I soggetti non qualificabili non potranno restare nel ring.

Nella classe Puppy (6-9 mesi) e Minor Puppy (3-6 mesi) saranno rilasciati giudizi che, al momento dell’esposizione del cane rispecchino i
presupposti dell’evoluzione morfologica futura del soggetto.
Gli esperti giudici dell’ENCI possono assegnare esclusivamente in classe Puppy (6-9 mesi) e Minor Puppy (3-6 mesi) in esposizioni riconosciute
le seguenti qualifiche:
• Molto Promettente (M.P.);
• Promettente (P);
• Abbastanza Promettente (A.P.).

The International Shows will take place in the pavilions of the Fiera Milano Exhibition Center in Rho, on June 16th/17th/18th, 2017.
Dogs can enter the pavilions from 6,30 o’clock in the morning. Judgments start at 9,30.

Classes:
a) Champion: Minimum age 15 months. Registration in Champion class is compulsory for those subjects which have been confirmed Italian
Beauty Champions and whose title has been homologated according to the ENCI’s regulation, by the official closing date of entries.
Registration in this class is not compulsory for those subjects which have been confirmed, by the official closing date of entries, International
Beauty Champions or National Beauty Champion of an FCI country, excluding Italy. No matter the country of origin in which these subjects
are registered in the Studbook.
Proof of the title must be enclosed, by copy with the entry form.
The World Champion title and the European Champion one do not entitle the dog to be entered in Champion class.
In this class, CAC (national certificate) is not awarded. CACIB (international certificate) can be awarded.
Dogs registered in champion class can be entered in pair, groups and breeder classes and compete for the Best of Breed.
b) Open: For those subjects of almost 15 months old, without any restrictions than the ones expected in champion class. CAC and Reserve
CAC could be assigned comparing the open and the intermediate class. CACIB can be awarded in this class.
Dogs registered in open class can be entered in pair, groups and breeder classes and compete for the Best of Breed.
c) Working Class: For those subjects of almost 15 months old. CAC and Reserve CAC are assigned in this class to those breeds
considered as working breeds, except deliberations of the Board of Directors of the ENCI, under the request of the recognized breeds
associations.
To register a dog in working class, the dog must have passed an appropriate test and all the details about this test (the trial, the date and the
place) have to be reported on the entry form.
CAC and Reserve CAC can be assigned. CACIB can be awarded.
Dogs registered with the Italian studbook would have obtained the minimum qualification expected, in Italian trials or in foreign trials
recognized by the ENCI.
For those subjects coming from a foreign country and then registered with the Italian studbook, the qualifications obtained previously the
registration are considered valid.
Dogs registered in working class can be entered in pair, groups and breeder classes and compete for the Best of Breed.
d) Intermediate Class: For those subjects from 15 to 24 months old, without any restrictions than the ones expected in champion class.
CAC and Reserve CAC could be assigned comparing the intermediate and the open class. CACIB can be awarded in this class.
Dogs registered in intermediate class can be entered in pair, groups and breeder classes and compete for the Best of Breed
e) Junior Class: For those subjects from 9 to 18 months old. CAC and CACIB can not be awarded in this class. Subjects in junior class
may compete for the title of Best of Breed provided that they have obtained 1° Excellent.
Those subjects can be entered in pair, groups and breeder classes and compete for the Best of Breed.
f) Puppy Class: For those subjects from 6 to 9 months old. CAC and CACIB can not be awarded in this class.
Subjects in puppy class can not be entered in pair, groups and breeder classes nor compete for the Best of Breed.
g) Minor Puppy: For dogs between 3 and 6 months of age. In this class CAC can’t by awarded.
h) Veteran Class: For those subjects of almost 8 years old. CAC and CACIB can not be awarded in this class. Subjects in veteran class
may compete for the title of Best of Breed provided that they have obtained 1° Excellent.
Those subjects can be entered in pair, groups and breeder classes and compete for the Best of Breed.
i) Brace Class: a dog and a bitch of the same breed and variety and belonging to the same owner.
l) Breeder Group: consisting of minimum three and maximum five exhibitsof the same breed and variety, no matter what gender, bred by
the same person (same kennel name), even if they are not his property.

Limitations: Only dogs and bitches registered in a stud book of an FCI Member Country or of a not affiliated Country but which stud book is
recognized by FCI shall have the admission to take part in the Show.
It is not possible to enter a dog in more than one class.
In order to compete for the CAC, International and Foreign Champions have to be entered in Open Class or in Intermediate Class or in Working
Class, if submitted to a working trial.

Bitches on heat are allowed to participate if they have not evident blood loss.

In order to enter the show, dogs bred in Italy, with cropped ears (when expected by the breed standard), born after 4.12.2010, have to show the
ORIGINAL veterinary certificate where the medical reasons for which the amputation was required are properly specified. The owner will have to
deliver copy of the mentioned certificate.

The event may be subject to anti doping controls based on the “Rules and regulations for doping control of dogs registered in stud books which
participate at dog shows recognised by the Italian Kennel Club” and the organization may carry out checks according to the modalities indicated
by the ministerial procedural guidelines.

Complaints: All the complaints have to be formulated in writing, delievered to one Representative of the ENCI or sent by registered letter, to
ENCI (Viale Corsica, 20 - 20137 Milano) within seven days by the end of the Dog Show, including a complaint tax of € 51.65 which will be acquired if
the complaint is unfounded.
Responsibility: The ENCI refuses all responsibility for theft, escape, disease, death of dogs, bites caused by them, etc., and this is for every
event and cause. Exhibitors are the only responsible. Registration to the show implies the acceptance of the above.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes in the list of judges which could become necessary for
the success of the Show.

For everything which is not provided, it is possible to examine ENCI and FCI rules.

The qualifications given by ENCI judges at the recognized shows must correspond to the following definitions:
