Mais en pleine rédaction de son guide de l'underground, l'auteur est victime d’une tentative de meurtre et sa sœur Dina succombe à une overdose. La virée parisienne se transforme en traque. Repéré grâce à son blog Le Mec de l'underground, Zarca publie aux éditions Don Quichotte ses deux premiers romans Le Boss de Boulogne en 2014 et Phi Prob en 2015. En 2017 est paru P'tit Monstre aux éditions La Tengo. Dans ses textes, l'auteur expérimente une littérature radicale, marquée par un style oral. Paname underground est son quatrième roman.
