Dazu wurde das Modell des dialogischen Handlungsspiels nach Weigand mit einem Unternehmensmodell verbunden, in dem Strategien, Strukturen und Menschen als sich wechselseitig bedingende Konstituenten der Unternehmenskultur erscheinen. Die von der Autorin systematisierten dialogischen Handlungsspiele der Information, Argumentation, Planung, Anweisung, Motivation, Verhandlung, Erkundung, Uberprufung und Problemlosung weisen jeweils einen funktionalen Kern auf, der sie voneinander unterscheidet, der aber hinreichend allgemein ist, um eine Ubertragung auf die Kommunikation in den unterschiedlichen Funktionsbereichen und auf allen Hierarchieebenen eines Unternehmens zu ermoglichen. Dies wurde anhand von vier authentischen Gesprachen belegt, die in zwei Unternehmen aufgezeichnet wurden. Bei der Realisierung der Handlungsspiele zeigte sich ein starker Einfluss unternehmenskultureller Variablen auf das Kommunikationsverhalten einzelner Mitarbeiter und Teams. Im Fazit wird noch einmal betont, dass kommunikative Kompetenz und okonomische Kompetenz nicht voneinander getrennt werden durfen, sondern beide in einem integrierten Zusammenhang zu betrachten sind.
