Experiments were conducted to study the influence of jet momentum, nozzle diameter, and inter-nozzle distance on extraction efficiency and mass transfer coefficient. Increasing liquid flow rates or decreasing the distance between nozzles improved extraction, while nozzle diameter's effect depended on jet velocity. The TIJCD demonstrated greater performance than conventional contactors for liquid-liquid extraction.
