TheBureauofLandManagement(BLM)has preparedthisdocumentinaccordancewiththeFederalLandPolicyandManagementActof 1976andtheNationalEnvironmentalPolicyActof1969. Duetothelackofmajor,substantivecommentsreceivedonthedraftdocument,thisfinal documenthasbeenpreparedinanabbreviatedfinalformat. Therefore,yourcopyofthedraft documentshouldberetainedforreference,asmajorsectionsofthedraftarenotrepeatedin thisfinal. Atotalof37commentletterswerereceivedduringthedraftreviewperiod. The interdisciplinaryplanningteamassessedthesecommentsandutilizedtheminmakingchanges inthefinal.Thoseleadingtochangesinthedocumentarediscussedin Chapter3and AppendixAoftheattachedfinal.
