Welcome to NWTC
NWTC is a two-year technical college that has been part of Northeast
Wisconsin since 1912. Nearly 7,400 students pursue degrees and diplomas
at NWTC every year. (More than 43,000 students take credit and non-
credit classes at NWTC annually!) We’re dedicated to providing all students
with the educational excellence and resources needed to be successful.

How to Use This Publication
With over 1,000 credit and non-credit classes listed in this magazine, how do
you find the classes you want to take at the NWTC location closest to you?
Follow these three steps:
1. Take a look at the Table of Contents on page 1.
2. Find your field of interest.
3. Go to the corresponding section of the magazine to see what classes are
offered in your field of interest.
For example, if you’re interested in taking accounting classes for credit in
Regular Session, look for the “Finance” field of interest under Regular Session
Credit Courses in the Table of Contents, page 1. Next, go to the corresponding
section and you’ll see that there are 7 different accounting classes available
in several NWTC locations. Also listed in this magazine are professional
development and certification classes. You’ll find these on page 84-85.
