system (generators, traders, marketers and consum-
ers), the committee brings together representatives
of non- governmental organisations, operators of
linear infrastructure and institutions.
Issues addressed by the committee relate to the
European objectives of steadily reducing carbon
footprints, ensuring security of supply and build-
ing the single market. Country-specific issues and
