subscriptions are available for one-half the annual rate. The charge
for individual copies in paper form is $10.00 for each issue, or
$10.00 for each groim of pages as actually bound; or $2.00 for
each issue in microfiche form. All prices include regular domestic
postage and handling. International customers please add 25% for
foreign handling. Remit check or money order, made payable to
the Superintendent of Documents, or charge to your GPO Deposit
