The ICETCE conference aims to showcase advanced technologies, techniques, inno-
vations,andequipmentincomputerengineering.Itprovidesaplatformforresearchers,
scholars, experts, technicians, government officials, and industry personnel from all
over the world to discuss and share their valuable ideas and experiences.
The Second International Conference on Emerging Technologies in Computer
Engineering: MicroservicesinBigDataAnalytics (ICETCE2019) washeld atSwami
Keshvanand Institute of Technology, Management, and Gramothan (SKIT), Jaipur,
Rajasthan, India during February 1–2, 2019. The main keynote addresses were given
byProf.(Dr.) ArunK.Somani,AssociateDeanfor Research,CollegeofEngineering,
Iowa State University, Ames, USA, and Prof. Seeram Ramakrishna, Vice President,
Research Strategy, NUS, Singapore.
We received 253 submissions from all over the world including the USA,
Singapore, France, Tunisia, to name a few. The papers were carefully reviewed by at
least three reviewers from the Technical Program Committee as well as external
reviewers. After the rigorous review process, 28 regular papers and one short paper
were accepted for presentation at the conference and for publication in the conference
proceedings.
We wish to thank all the reviewers for all their efforts. We are also thankful to the
management of Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology, Management and
Gramothan (SKIT), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, for providing the best infrastructure and
logistics required to organize a successful conference. We also wish to express our
