This article proposes a novel deep learning (DL)-aided non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) system to address the fundamental limits of existing NOMA schemes. Specifically, it employs a long short-term memory (LSTM) network using DL to automatically learn unknown channel environments in a NOMA system. The LSTM network is first trained offline using simulated data under different channel conditions, then used online to obtain output data based on current input data. Simulation results show the proposed DL-aided NOMA scheme is more robust and efficient than conventional approaches.
