I am dumb-struck at how this book made it to publication in this form.The mistakes take all forms- typos, typically the type which pass a spell-check,- equation errors,- equation numbering,- incorrect fonts,- figure labeling.Hopefully there will be a second edition where these errors will be corrected and the subject matter is treated as it deserves to be, but this edition should be avoided.
