Examination of the type specimen of Astragalus zemuensis W. W. Smith reveals that
it belongs to 0.砂tropisDC. A new combination 0.砂tropiszemuensis (W. W. Smith)
Chaudhary is proposed.

While revising Indian Astragalus L.，t he the species has not been illustrated and dealt

zemuensis W. W. Smith (マメ科)はオヤマノエ
ンドウ属の植物である 詳しく再記載を行った.なお 小葉の配列様式が
シッキム産のマメ科植物Astragaluszemuensis オヤマノエンドウ属とゲンゲ属の区別点とされた
W. W. Smithは竜骨弁の先端が瞬状に尖るため， ことがあったが，現在ではこれは両属を区別する
オヤマノエンドウ属に移して O刀tropiszemuensis 特徴とは認められていない.
