NOTE - This is the Consultation Version of the Arun Local Plan. It will undergo
statutory consultation over a six week period starting on Friday 12 January
until 5pm on Friday 23 February. This consultation follows on from the when
the Arun Local Plan examination resumed in July and the hearings held in
September 2017.

During the consultation period all proposed submission documents including the
representation form and a statement of representations procedure can be accessed
online at

www.arun.gov.uk/LocalPlan and at the following locations:
• Arun Civic Centre, Littlehampton
• Bognor Regis Town Hall and
• all local libraries within the Arun District Council Local Planning Authority
Area.
There are three ways in which comments can be submitted:
• electronically on the dedicated website: http://arun.objective.co.uk/portal
• by email using the representation form to [email protected]
• by post using the representation form to: Planning Policy and Conservation

All Representations must be received by 5pm on Friday 23 February 2018
UPON ADOPTION OF THIS PLAN ALL SAVED POLICIES FROM THE 2003
ARUN LOCAL PLAN WILL BE SUPERSEDED. Statement for accordance with
Regulation 8(5) of The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England)
Regulations 2012.The schedule of superseded policies is available on the
Council's website.

This document has been created as a consultation document showing all the current
Main Modifications available for consultation on the Arun Local Plan 2011-2031.
Comments are ONLY invited on the changes shown in this document. Please note
that all previous comments made at previous rounds of consultation on the Publication
Version of the Arun Local Plan are still being considered by the Inspector.
.1 The Proposed Main Modifications to the Arun Local Plan (2011 - 2031) and
supporting documents are available for Inspection in order for representations
to be made for a six week statutory consultation period from 12 January
2018 to 5pm on 23 February 2018.
Please note:
For ease of reading this document incorporates all proposed additional and Main
Modifications that were consulted on in Spring 2017. Readers should always
refer back to the original Publication Version of the Local Plan 2011-2031 October
2014 which is found in the Local Plan Evidence pages at this reference PELP01.
