profession. Past training and research in engineering and science has aided in the production of this document.

INTRODUCTION:

Roy, Margaret’s father died from Alzheimer’s derived problems around the year 2000. Margaret was detected
by her son, that something was wrong in January 2012. Margaret had a cat scan for dementia; Margaret hence
in July 2012 had a MRI scan from her Geriatrician for dementia; Margaret had Vascular Dementia and was
put on Exelon Patches. In August 2014 she had an assessment by ACAT for Dementia.

At this point in time, Margaret had and never been on any pharmaceutical drugs. [for blood pressure, heart,
etc] From August till June 2016, Margaret had home care services, three days a week for showering and
dressing. In May 2016 Margaret started bladder and bowl incontinence. And hence with ACAT and medical
determination was classified with Alzheimer’s. As from June 2016 Margaret had home care services for five
days a week for showering and dressing.

In July 2016 we started a course in 1M Alfons Ven Remedies – This had no effect on the disease and no
reference is made within this document to the 1M Alfrons Ven Remedies.
She has gradually lost her functions from that point in time till today. Her speech became to deteriorate from
that point in time. The pharmaceutical medical industry was not able to delay or reverse the Alzheimer’s
problem.

In July 2016 we started Margaret on a vitamin brew. And in April 2017 we purchased from Canada a Vielight
Neuro Gamma Near Infra Red unit. This unit was put into immediate service. It was placed on her head and
in the nose, every second day for twenty minutes, the frequency of the unit was 810nm, pulsed at 40hz with
40mil watts of energy.

During July 2016, ones general medical practitioner asked if we could supply information in regards to how
we are treating Margaret including information on the carer’s wellbeing – to other carer’s. Thus we started an
intense research project into reversing Margaret’s problem, plus documenting this – which is this document.
The text below is the result of this research. All products recommended below are in the category of herbal
supplement and not a pharmacy product. A Mini Mental Test should be conducted on the fourth, eight and
twelve week. This should ascertain that you are getting results. The twelve weeks are based on the Vielight
Neuro Gamma Near Infra Red device results [which are commented on further.] It must be noted that this
model may not work with your patient showing signs of Alzheimer’s. It has been tailored for Margaret only,
however you may have results in the positive for your patient.

ACAT Margaret M
DOB: 1937

1: Looses memory after 24 hours. [Some times after 2 hours]
2: Memory intact from 20 years past.
3: Hates taking medication, patches, etc.
4: Refuses to see medical practitioners, medical specialists, optometrist’s, etc.
5: Hates to have a shower and wash her hair.
6: Likes wearing dirty clothes, complains if we try to change her clothes.
7: Cannot cook anymore – we eat out or cook her food.
8: Not allowed to drive.
9: Carer not allowed in meetings with medical practitioners, becomes another personality.
10: Toowoomba July 2014: Margaret was behind myself in Coles, She walked out of Coles by herself and
climbed into car with stranger, who took her to a nursing home. Police, Security, Hospital looking for
her for over an hour.
11: Family history of deep vein problems with the legs. She has ulcers on her legs
12: Margaret associates with people very well, likes to go to events.
13: Margaret has severe hearing problems & will not see an audiologist.
14: She answers the TV remote control when the phone rings. After a phone call, she cannot remember who
it was, or what it was about.
15: Margaret has night problems – we have to have night lights in the house. If we drive her home at night –
where there are no street lights, she becomes agitated.
16: Kate Cotter is Margaret’s gerontologist.
17: Heather Reid was Margaret’s general practitioner.
18: Margaret gets on well with other women with dementia.
19: Margaret has no problems with incontinence, eating, mobility, walking or communication.
20: She talks to herself when alone, or if it is quite.
21: Have to setup – Power of Attorney & Enduring Guardianship.

Daily Regime:
Morning – One tablespoon of coconut oil spread in between a mini muffin from Woolworths.
One tablespoon of MCT oil drunk directly by Margaret.

Lunch - One tablespoon of coconut oil spread in between a mini muffin from Woolworths.
One tablespoon of MCT oil drunk directly by Margaret.

Dinner - Two tablespoon of coconut oil heated in microwave oven and mixed with, One
tablespoon of MCT oil, plus all other capsules, in a glass of water with the Youngevity Products.
[NOTE: Two tablespoons only of coconut oil is also added to the Youngevity Products.
NOTE: Margaret cannot swallow capsules – The contents of each capsule is poured into the
Youngevity Products solution.

below. Each morning a ½ glass of pineapple juice is poured from the refrigerator and added below, the
contents of each pill:- [available from iherb or pipeing rock USA.]

GABA – 750mg Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid. This is the brain’s natural calming Agent.
Rhodiola Rosea – 500mg Opens up brain blood pathways.
Centrophenoxine – 400mg Flushed out of brain – plarks & tangles.
Virgin Coconut Oil – 1 tablespoon. [cold pressed] Spread onto a muffin.
MCT Oil - 1 tablespoon. [medium chain triglycerides]
Above takes from 60 to 90 minutes to become apparent and lasts aprox 6 to 8 hours.

20-Jul-2017: After eating half of a sausage roll at Tuggerah, Margaret threw up. This was after changing her
lunch time pattern of eating a ham and cheese toasty. We ceased all of her herbal medication
from that point. We did not take Margaret out for lunch or dinner from then. We stopped all of
Margaret’s herbal etc, vitamin brew. Ceased going out to Restaurants, etc.

22-Jul-2017: Margaret has been throwing up over the last two days, after meals. We restricted her eating to
try and determine what caused her throwing up.
29-Jul-2017: After a week, Margaret stopped throwing up as we changed her diet. All was well until tonight
– when we added Lemon and Mineral water to her eating.

Tonight Margaret had – 2 of strawberries, half a kiwi fruit, half a banana, half a mandarin and
a lamington finger. Margaret threw up approximately 30-40 minutes after eating.
It was noted that the mandarins we were eating had penicillin on the bottom row of mandarins.
NOTE: Last night Margaret was given a 10mg Endep for continually talking, so she could get
some sleep. We have not used Endep for over six months.

30-Jul-2017: On showering Margaret at night, she fell in the shower. We used the services of the ambulance
service to pick her up and check that there was no broken bones. All was ok.

31-Jul-2017: On showering Margaret in the morning with her carers, half way through, she became limp and
started to fall slowly. We walked/carried her to the bedroom, where she was dressed. Her
demine was to sleep. Margaret has been sleeping most of the day, but is still weak. The Home
Doctor seen Margaret at 10PM and stated that her BP, Temp and blood saturation were OK. If
this happened again, to call them.

01-Aug-2017: We started Margaret’s herbal and vitamin brew, again. We also added a bottle of Resource 2.0
Apricot to each meal.

03-Aug-2017: We added chocolate and high sugary treats to Margaret’s diet. Margaret threw up at 1am in the
morning of the 4th August. Admitted to Gosford Hospital via Ambulance Service at 2am.
Noticed at 4:40am Margaret semi woke up with the left eye fully open and the right eye closed.
She did not respond to a hand waving across the eye vision.
Margaret weighed 37Kg. Sodium level 175. Ward M8 – Dr Hossain [Geriatrican]
We stopped all of Margaret’s herbal and vitamin brew. Plus stopped Vielight Neuro Gamma
Near Infra Red Protocol.

04-Sep-2017: Relocated to TCU, Long Jetty Hospital. Margaret weighed 44.9Kg.

10-Sep-2017: Retarted Vielight Neuro Gamma Near Infra Red Protocol.

01-Oct-2017: Margaret weighed 51.9Kg.

MEMORY:

The Importance of Memory

Memory plays a big role in our life. It allows us to remember skills that we have learned, or recall a precious
moment that occurred in the past,or retrieve information that is stored in a brain. Our memory organizes
information so that when we retrieve it, we can apply that information in the proper context and use it in the
current activity we are involved in.

What are the different types of memory?

Long-Term Memory - Long-term memory is our brain's system for storing, managing and retrieving
information. A long-term memory is anything you remember that happened more than a few minutes ago,
and it can last for just a few days, or for many years. You often revise the memory over time—perhaps by
merging it with another memory or incorporating what others tell you about the memory. As a result, your
memories are not strictly constant and are not always reliable.

Short-term memory (or "primary" or "active memory") is the capacity for holding, but not manipulating,
a small amount of information in mind in an active, or to recall information we’ve learned very recently.

Implicit memory is when you learn things without really thinking about it. Procedural memory is the type
of implicit memory that enables us to carry out commonly learned tasks without consciously thinking about
them. It's our "how to" knowledge. Riding a bike, tying a shoe and washing dishes are all tasks that require
procedural memory. Even what we think of as "natural" tasks, such as walking, require procedural memory.

Explicit memory occurs when you try and consciously recall specific things, and we use this type of
memory daily on a conscious level. When you try to remember exactly what you did and last year at Halloween
party, or when you scramble around the house, looking for the last time you placed your glasses or car keys.
In short, explicit memory helps you recall specific details.

Autobiographical Memories - From the moment of birth, each of us is exposed to a world full of
sensations and information. All of these experiences—our childhood, family vacations, school friends,
familiar places, sad farewell—have the potential to end up as autobiographical memories. But, some illness
or trauma can affect the ability to recall who participated in remembered events, the details of the events, and
the life periods in which they occurred.

Memory Loss

“Memory loss that disrupts daily life may be a symptom of Alzheimer's or another dementia. Alzheimer's is a
brain disease that causes a slow decline in memory, thinking and reasoning skills.”

Dementia is caused by damage to brain cells. This damage interferes with the ability of brain cells to
communicate with each other. When brain cells cannot communicate normally, thinking, behavior and
feelings can be affected.
