Letter to all Prize Winners:
The Prizes will be awarded to all eligible students at the 61st Annual Convocation to be
held on Wednesday, 7th December, 2011 at 11.30 a.m. You will be awarded the following
prize(s) at the above Convocation in the SIR SITARAM AND LADY SHANTABAI PATKAR
DIKSHANT SABHAGRUHA (Patkar Hall), Churchgate, Mumbai - 400 020.
In this connection, you are required to remain present for rehearsal on 7th December,
2011 of the Convocation at 07.00 a.m. sharp in the Patkar Hall, where necessary
instructions will be given to you. Further, you have to contact Mrs. Supriya Darekar in the
Patkar Hall at 07.00 a.m. on the day of the Convocation. As you will have to join the
Convocation Procession it is compulsory for you to attend the rehearsal, failing which you
may not be permitted to attend the Convocation function. The accommodation will be
provided to outstation Prizewinners only, you are therefore requested to communicate
whether you need accommodation or not and the number of days required.
Accommodation will be made available to the Prize-winning students only on first come
first serve basis.
