All our kitchen cabinets include 15mm back panels for added strength and rigidity, behind which runs a 66mm
service gap to allow easy access to kitchen plumbing as well as being designed for ease of use and speed of
assembly. We have such confidence in our products that it should come as no surprise that we offer a five-year
guarantee on all of our kitchen cabinets.
For the best in finishing touches, you can also choose from our huge range of kitchen accessories, as well as
flooring, tiles, paint and lighting. In fact Wickes stocks everything you need to completely refit your kitchen.
The Complete Service
Buying a kitchen at Wickes couldn’t be easier. Once you have selected your kitchen from our brochure or in-
store displays, you can make an appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will give you free expert
planning and design advice. They will guide you through the styles and designs and will even visit your home to
measure your space and ensure we create the look you want.
Using Computer Aided Design our Design Consultants will then create a realistic drawing of how your dream
kitchen will look in your home.
Once you have decided on your kitchen what you pay and how you pay is your choice. We accept most
major credit cards or check out our current finance deals available in-store. A convenient delivery date can then
be arranged.
We are committed to providing the complete Service Package which offers you total peace of mind through
every step of your journey with us. With experts on hand to plan and design your new room, as well as flexible
finance and delivery options to suit your individual needs, the introduction of our fully Guaranteed
INSTALLATION service completes our service commitment to you.

How to Buy your Kitchen
Step 1 Choose your Kitchen
Our in-store showrooms display all of our kitchen styles so you don’t have to work hard to
imagine what your kitchen will look like. Choose from feature door options, feature units,
appliances, sinks and taps, worktops, accessories and storage.
Step 2 Visit a Wickes Design Consultant
Make an appointment with one of our Design Consultants (you will find the local contact
number on the back of this brochure), who will give you free planning and design advice.
Step 3 Plan your Kitchen
Using Computer Aided Design, our Design Consultant will create a realistic drawing of how
your kitchen would look in your actual home, based on the dimensions. The Design
Consultant will then guide you through options, styles, prices and flexible finance schemes.
At this stage, the Design Consultant can visit your home to measure your kitchen. If you
would like your kitchen installed, they are also able to give you an estimated installation cost.
Step 4 Place your Kitchen Order
Payment for the kitchen components is made at this stage. A convenient delivery date can
then be arranged. For customers planning to install the kitchen themselves, our Good Idea
Leaflet No. 1 includes design, layout and fitting advice.
