Kathy loves the view of the large picture windows, but would also like privacy. She is concerned

Finally, Kathy would like something creative and unique from New York to bring into her new loft,

sandy browns and white as the
backdrop for a splash of blue and

I created a safe and convenient living
arrangement by following the ADA
accessibility Guidelines for
maneuverability in each room and for
an accessible path of travel from room
to room. The bathroom includes a roll
in shower with fold down seat, wall
mounted sink with knee space, safety
grab bars, and lever handles with
thermostatic controls. The
kitchenettes include pull down
cabinets, open shelving for frequently
used items, refrigerator drawer, and
microwave at counter height with
easy to read controls. The two design
options offers a studio design or a
separate living and bedroom space.
The two color options are neutral
warm or cool tones to allow
residences to personalize their space
with their belongings. The flooring
options are non-slip vinyl, wood plank,
or commercial carpeting. The use of
natural wood, stone, and rustic
lighting fixtures creates a warm and
inviting space reflective of the
surrounding woodlands.

A washer and dryer with storage for towels and cleaning supplies is a must as well as an office for Jerri.

Jerri would like her office, storage room, and employee lounge in close proximity to one another. A

fire exit so it needs to be clear and unobstructed.

Jerri has many large store front windows that she would like to use to attract the foot traffic. She

for additional product.
Jerri would like to remove the 9’ acoustic ceiling to expose the beams and building structure.
