RAC has agreed to include Asp Tox 1; H304 (May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways) in the original proposal by Germany and the resulting classification is: Acute Tox. 4; H302 (Harmful if prioritised under ESR (Regulation No (EEC) 793/93). The group approach and risk assessment were also agreed at a technical level (TCNES).
