A decisionwas reachedrecentlyto publishthe College Catalogonly
every other year apractice commonto most colleges and universi-

comingacademicyear, withthe firsttwo-year Catalogbeingpublished
duringthe summer of1994.
However, anumber ofchanges inpolicy andprocedure have occurred
overthe pastyearwhichwould ordinarilyhave appearedin anew
